How do I find my Student ID?

Your Student ID (format: GXV-XXXX-XXXXXX) is shown on your registration confirmation screen. If you've lost it, email us with the name and email used during registration and we'll retrieve it for you.

How does a parent access the Parent Portal?

Your Parent Access Key (format: PK-XXXXXXXXXX) is provided when your child registers. Use it at lms.gamexvibes.com/parent-portal-v3.html. If you've misplaced it, contact support with your child's Student ID.

I'm a lecturer — how do I set up my AI avatar?

After registering at lecturer-signup.html, upload a portrait photo and a 5-second voice sample from your Lecturer Studio. The AI will use your face and voice for all generated lesson videos.

How do I register my institution or school?

Visit institution-admin.html to register your institution and enroll cohorts in bulk. For enterprise arrangements or research partnerships, email us directly.

There's a payment or billing issue

All payments are processed by Flutterwave. If you were charged but your subscription isn't active, send your transaction reference and Student ID to support@gamexvibes.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
